Colvin Wines are sourced exclusively from grapes grown in the Hunter Valley on the De Beyers vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in the district.
Since 1991 John and Robyn Colvin have restored it from a neglected state recognising and nurturing its capacity to produce wines of world-class quality.
Today the grapes are predominantly hand-picked in the vineyard and then carefully chosen in the winery to produce small-batch ultra-fine wines expressing grape, terroir and vintage conditions.
Wines are not produced if vintage conditions mean the quality does not reach our high standards.
Colvin Wines are released only after cellaring at or nearing optimal drinking enjoyment.
